János lives with his two little children left from his previous marriage, on a farm in Székelyföld, Transylvania. He’s turned 50, his wife is dead, he’s looking for a second wife. The 21 year old Ildikó, once a worker, becomes his partner. The young woman arrived to work on the farm already pregnant. But she is not the only one trying to turn Janos’s head. Self nominated „wife and mother-wanna-bees” walk in and out of the farm.
